iteaworld

There are tea companies in all (almost) corners of the earth. But even so, there are plenty I have never heard of. iteaworld is one that took me by surprise. They contacted me asking if I was interested in trying some samples and I immediately jumped at the chance. Being a tea specialist I’m always a bit pensive receiving samples but after giving their website a thorough look through I knew they would be providing wonderful samples. You can find my reviews on Steepster & on the iteaworld website.

Company Focus:

  • Pursuing the dual happiness of all employees in both material and spiritual aspects and achieving cooperation with partners is one of the most important purposes of our business operations. Upholding customer-centricity, where the needs of customers are the foundation of our operations. We hope that all employees treat customers in the same way they treat their family members. Serving the public and benefiting society is the embodiment of true value for each individual.

Most popular company tea(s)?

  • The collections of Chinese teas. We have oolong tea, black tea, white tea,
jasmine tea, and the six major categories of tea in the form of collections. Through these tea collections, we hope that tea enthusiasts can quickly and comprehensively understand the characteristics of different Chinese teas at the lowest cost, enabling them to choose their preferred types of tea and reduce the cost of trial and error.

Does the company name have a meaning?

  • A world of tea enthusiasts.

Do you participate in any charities? If so, which one (s)?

  • Not at the moment. Collaborations with funds related to environmental protection and sustainable development, as well as charitable partnerships, have already been incorporated into the company’s plan. In the future, we will also increase investments in the preservation of traditional handcrafted tea-making techniques and the inheritance of tea culture.

What is your and/or your co-workers’ favorite tea?

  • My favorites are old tree tea and wild tea. I love all the teas made from these two types of ingredients; they are sweeter and more fragrant. However, currently, our various tea collections are also very important and worth more attention. These tea collections reflect our efforts to understand, support, and love all tea enthusiasts. They also allow me to realize my own life’s value. At the same time, Dian Hong (Yunnan Black Tea) is also very popular. This tea is made from Yunnan large-leaf tea trees, has a rich flavor, and is resistant to steeping, with a sweet taste. It doesn’t become bitter even after prolonged steeping, making it particularly suitable for making milk tea. It offers great value for money, with a high-grade quality primarily consisting of one bud and two leaves, and it’s priced at only $9.9 for 100g. Its reputation is consistently good.

What are your thoughts on transparency in the tea industry?

  • Currently, there is indeed a problem of low transparency in the tea industry, where consumers cannot clearly define the source, grade, safety, and other aspects of tea. I can sense the frustration, impatience, and dissatisfaction of customers. In reality, this lack of transparency is a form of intangible harm to suppliers. It easily tempts suppliers to resort to deception and dishonesty, making them untrustworthy and, moreover, lacking in respect. Therefore, we hope that all our partners adhere to one principle – not to utter a single well-intentioned lie, let alone malicious deceit. I hope that through our efforts, we can make all our partners aware that sincerity is the red line for our brand and company, absolutely not to be crossed.

TeaTiff Picks: Fenghuang Dancong Oolong Tea (Mi Lan Xiang)

After trying a total of 10 different teas I’ve come to the conclusion that they do indeed make fantastic tea. I deliberated which one I wanted to add here for a bit and decided on Mi Lan Xiang because the flavors really blew me away. Plus I love dark roasted oolong. Steepster Review here.
